EXHIBIT D MINING PLAN This Exhibit, through reference to the sections itemized below, contains the description of methods to be employed in mining the ore and overburden materials and associated beneficiation of the ore for the Mine Life Extension 2. The mining methods at the Cresson Project will remain much the same as currently approved. The Mine Life Extension 2 primarily expands mining areas; adds a new Squaw Valley Leach Facility; adds a new High Grade Mill; and adds a new Squaw Gulch Adsorption, Desorption, and Recovery Plant to extend the operating life of the Cresson Project. The sections referenced below provide a description of method(s) of mining to be employed; discussion of earthmoving; water diversions and impoundments; the size of area(s) to be worked; an approximate timetable for the operations. Also referenced below are the sections which describe the nature, depth, and thickness of the ore bodies to be mined; the primary and secondary commodities to be mined; and the intended use. Gold and silver continue to be the primary commodities mined at the site. The sections of the Project Description which describe processing at the new Squaw Gulch Valley Leach Facility; the new Squaw Gulch Adsorption, Desorption, and Recovery Facility; and the new High Grade Mill are also referenced below. The information to address this Exhibit is contained in the Project Description in Sections 5.0, 6.0, 7.0, 8.0, 9.0, 10.0, 11.0, and 12.0 of Volume I of this application. The contents of each section are described below.
