EXHIBIT E
RECLAMATION PLAN
This Exhibit, through reference to Section 12.0 of the Project Description in Volume I of
this application, contains a discussion of the objectives of the proposed reclamation. The
proposed reclamation remains much the same as the currently approved reclamation, but
expands reclaimed areas to include new disturbances as part of the Mine Life
Extension 2. Final grading, soil redistribution, seeding, fertilizing, and revegetation in a
manner designed to achieve the designated post- mining land uses are described in
Section 12.0. A description of the plans and methods that will be used to achieve the
objectives and post- mining land uses of wildlife habitat and livestock grazing (rangeland)
for the Mine Life Extension 2 is provided in Section 12.0 of the Project Description.
Reclamation slopes are both described in Section 12.0 of the Project Description and
shown on a topographic contour map included in Exhibit F.
Section 12.0 includes a discussion of the types of reclamation planned for overburden
stored in designated storage areas as well as the surface mines. It discusses the
reclamation of the valley leach facilities and appurtenant structures. Section 12.0 also
contains a discussion of the gradients of reclaimed slopes, the revegetation methods, and
features which will remain upon completion of reclamation.
