This letter combines approvals for both the March 21, 2011 SWSP request and the <br />October 21, 2011 SWSP request. This substitute water supply plan is a combined replacement plan. The <br />plan identifies replacement sources to cover depletions from three mine sites along the Cache La Poudre <br />River. The required fee of $771 (3 x $257) per renewal request ($1542 total) has been submitted <br />(receipt nos. 3649577, 3652925, 3652898 & 3653013).
