BOX 467 GOLDEN, COLORADO 80402 <br />July 25, 2011 <br />3a. 2 7 2011 <br />} msycn ct i..�eciama�n' <br />Wing and Safety <br />This letter (with attachments) responds to Division of Reclamation, Mining & Safety (DRMS) <br />correspondence dated June 27, 2011. In that correspondence certain questions and issues were <br />raised relative to Coors Energy Company's (CEC) request for renewal of Permit C- 1981 -028. <br />CEC will endeavor to address each of the issues in the DRMS letter, and to do so in the same <br />order as presented. The CEC responses follow. <br />1. While the DRMS suggestion represents a departure from the previous direction CEC <br />received, the issue raised is not substantial so as to necessitate further discussion. <br />Attached please find five (5) copies of "Page 2 - Revised" to the RN -06 document. <br />2. The DRMS comments with respect to missing map references are duly noted. Attached <br />please find five (5) copies each of "Page 6 - Revised" to the RN -06 document. [Note: <br />one copy is also an original signature from Michael Glade. This is a replacement for the <br />original previously furnished.] <br />3. CEC has re- reviewed the information provided in its, "Supplement to the Permit Renewal <br />Application" submitted with the original Permit Renewal (RN -06) documentation. The <br />information in that "Supplement" is correct as provided. Coors Energy Company is, in <br />documentation on file with the State of Colorado, a wholly owned subsidiary of Coors <br />Brewing Company. The only reference to "Molson Coors Brewing Company" contained <br />in the "Supplement ", pertains to mailing addresses for officers who perform multiple <br />duties, and reside at a different location. No additional pages are submitted. <br />4. As requested, an update to page 61(Section 2.04.7 of the P.A.P.) is enclosed (three <br />copies), changing the date approved, to 06/10/2011. <br />5. Section 2.05.4 of the P.A.P. has been both updated, and had text removed, leaving a <br />reference to the Annual Hydrology & Reclamation Report (AHR Report) for the most <br />current update. Three copies of text modifications (pages 114 — 114b) are enclosed. <br />
