Three copies of the <br />revised text and reclamation map are being provided for your use. <br />Application Form <br />Comment 1: The applicant did not identify the owner of the subsurface rights of the affected land <br />on page 2 of the Application Form. Please provide a replacement page and list the owner of the <br />subsurface rights of the affected land. <br />Response 1: There is more than I subsurface mineral rights owner. Appendix O has been updated <br />to show the subsurface mineral rights owners. Page 2 of the application has been amended to refer <br />to Appendix O and is attached. <br />6.4.6 Exhibit F - Reclamation Plan Map <br />Comment 2: The Applicant has submitted a single map to represent both the Mining Plan Map and <br />the Reclamation Plan Map. Please submit a separate Reclamation Plan Map which portrays the <br />expected physical appearance of the affected land, correlated to the proposed mining and reclamation <br />timetables. The map must show proposed topography of the area with contour lines of sufficient <br />detail to portray the direction and rate of slope of all reclaimed lands. In addition, the Reclamation <br />Map must conform to the following criteria: <br />a) Show the name of the applicant. <br />b) Must be prepared and signed by a registered land surveyor, professional engineer, or other <br />qualified person. <br />c) Give date prepared. <br />d) Identify and outline the area which corresponds to the application. <br />e) The acceptable range of snap scales shall not be greater than 1 inch -= 50 feet nor smaller than <br />1 inch. = 601 feet.
