The
operator proposes to accomplish by altering the Mining Plan and the
Reclamation Plan. This proposed Technical Revision will address the
operators desire to reduce the rate of extraction of material from this gravel
pit due to the dire economic conditions of the past couple of years. The
operator does not see any improvement likely for the next few years. This is
the reason for the reduced forecast. The amount of material coming from this
pit will be minimal until the economy bounces back to a normal level that
can be sustained.
