Materials Submitted with Application; Request(s) for Assistance
The application package for PR-06 was received by the Division on 12-Nov-2009 and
determined to be Complete, for purposes of filing, on the 23rd of November. Three
copies of the application were provided to the Division - one each in the Durango and
Grand Junction Field Offices, and one to Denver. Our Preliminary Adequacy Review is
due on 22-Jan-2010. I would like to request your adequacy comments by the 14th of
January.
The Public Notice is appearing in the San Miguel Basin Forum on the 3rd, 10th, 17th and
24th of December. The period for public comment will extend through 23-Jan-2010. We
have already received numerous objection letters.
I have compiled an inventory of the materials submitted with the PR-06 application. The
list is outlined below. For each section of revised text, two separate documents have
been submitted: 1) a "clean" version of the proposed text, and 2) a "highlighted" version
showing specifically where changes have been made. Numerous maps have also been
provided. Some of the maps have been modified to reflect changes proposed in the text;
others are included for the sole purpose of illustrating a correction to the permit
boundary. Adjacent to each section, please find the initials of the specialist from which I
am requesting assistance.
