The <br />Financial Warranty for this operation is $287,500.00 and <br />the permitted area is 689.01 ac. ± and the pit is divided <br />into 19 Reclamation Phases. In April 2009 a Technical <br />Revision was filed to change the stage numbering north of <br />the river and to make some minor mining changes. The bond <br />was reevaluated by the Division when the Technical Revision <br />was approved in May 2009. Reclamation is progressing as <br />approved in the permit. <br />As required in Rule 6.7 the mine permit sign has been <br />installed at the entrance to the pit and the boundary has <br />been outlined with red toped posts to delineate the <br />affected lands. <br />Please refer to the attached maps for the location of the areas <br />discussed in this report. These maps do not show the <br />entire permit area, only the areas south and north of the <br />river affected by the operation at this time. We will deal
