I am providing the <br />attached documentation as per that request. ? <br />The June 18, 2009 inspection, followed by your inspection report of June 26, 2009 specified the <br />Item 4 problem listed below. <br />Evidence of erosion from the three temporary ore piles at the mill site was observed <br />during the inspection. <br />Mr. Michael Elder has prepared the response to the above noted problem. The response is <br />attached to this letter as a separate document. Please contact Mr. Elder directly for additional <br />information or clarification to the response.
