Bird
Senior Geochemist
Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety
From:
Florian Zigan (aka) Andy
President, Zigans Homeowners assoication
Phone 303-641-2764
Dear Sir,
I know that you have been speaking with my son Steve about the high water levels we have been experiencing
since the slurry wall was installed at the stagecoach pit on Brighton Road.
Attached is the minutes of a meeting we had on 9-28-2007.
Steve has given you many details about our problem, however I am writing you to explain how this is affecting
my property at 10801 East 124th Ave.
My lot line (about 375 feet ) is actually in the water on the north side. Because of the high water levels the bank
has eroded 8-10 feet , which caused me to put in a $1000.00 worth of large cobble rock in an attempt to stop the
erosion, it is not working..
I had a boat launch ramp which is gone now, and my dock is under water.
We are in dire need of your help in resolving this problem caused by the Stagecoach gravel pit.
Thank You for your time
F.B.
