May 6, 2009 <br />Dear Mr. Scott, <br />With regard to the depth of the proposed keyway for the clay liner, we have revised <br />Exhibit F to show a 1 Oft keyway depth per the EEC feasibility study recommendation.. <br />Additionally, Exhibit E has been revised to include the updated Clay liner voiumes (Table <br />6.4.5.2). <br />With regard to Exhibit L, we have been in communication with the Division of <br />Reclamation Mining & Safety (DRMS) regarding the revised bond.amounts and are in <br />agreement with the proposed changes the DRMS is in the process of making. <br />Finally, we would like request that the DRMS remove the west side of Boulder Creek <br />(Cells 3, 5 and 6) from the bond calculation at this,time.
