6.4.5 Exhibit E - Reclamation Plan 7 77"' E I VE D <br />Reclamation Summary 4 2009 <br />The reclamation plan for Cell 1 is to construct an approximate 40-surface acre -;jamation, <br />clay-lined reservoir in the central area with an area of elevated backfill &h'th'e'nd Safety <br />eastern side of the cell. The reclamation plan for Cell 2 is to construct two <br />separate clay-lined ponds, each with approximately 16 acres of surface area. <br />Cells 3, 5, and 6 will be backfilled to approximate historic grade. Cell 4 will be <br />clay-lined to prevent groundwater inflow into the cell and left as a pond with 3:1 <br />slopes. <br />Reclamation of the pits will occur concurrently with mining whenever and <br />wherever possible.
