You had specific questions numbered 6 a) through e). Please review TCC's responses for adequacy in <br />addressing your concerns. I will also make sure TCC is aware that sediment control needs to be in place prior to topsoil <br />salvage operations as noted in your March 30, 2009 memo. May 10, 2009 is the proposed decision date. If you could <br />conduct your review and reply to me with any additional concerns by April 24, (or sooner) that should allow TCC to <br />respond within the regulatory timeframe.
