This pit HAS NOT <br />been granted a Temporary Cessation and it HAS operated more than 180 <br />days this year. There has been no mining within 200 feet of the Peck <br />Creek tributary canyon as required. The Annual Report map is an <br />excerpt from the application map showing the Southeast portion of the <br />mine where mining activities are taking place at this time. <br />We will deal specifically with each of the Annual Report <br />questions as required in Rule 1.15 of the Rules and Regulations and <br />the Annual Notice Letter. <br />(1) The areas where new mining took place this year are cross <br />hatched. The slab stone mining area increased this year by <br />0.75 ac. ±. The stone yards remain unchanged from last year. <br />We continue to use the grizzlies setup in 2002 for processing <br />stone. The clay <br />storage area in the pre-law disturbance area is part of the <br />area filled and graded (1.50 ac.±, magenta).
