The Marr Mine is a reclaimed surface mine that Phase III bond release was approved on all but <br />8 acres at the Mine site and 11.7 acres at the Loadout on November 17, 2008. The 2006 ARR was reviewed <br />during the SL4 bond release review but a letter regarding the review was not sent under separate cover. The <br />2006 ARR for the Marr Mine is in compliance with Rule 2.04.13. Please find the Division's comments <br />below. <br />Rule 2.04.13: Annual Reclamation Report <br />1) Date: Feb 15: Requested an extension for submittal February 21, 2007. Due date for submittal extended <br />to April 1, 2007.
