DRMS Initial Comment - Diversion designs are required for the Horse Gulch and K <br />Area Buttress fills per Rules 2.05.6(3), 4.05.3, 4.09.1(5), 4.09.2(5) and 4.09.2(7) which <br />pertain to the protection of the hydrologic balance and the utilization of diversions on <br />excess spoil fills. <br />Trapper Initial Response: Drainage for the Horse Gulch Fill is addressed in Section <br />4.4 of the attached AAI report entitled Horse Gulch Fill Stability Analysis. No <br />extraordinary drainage requirements are envisioned for the K Pit Buttress Fill area. <br />DRMS Response - This response is incomplete. Although the Horse Gulch Fill <br />Stability Analysis speaks to the need for diversion drainage of Horse Gulch fill, <br />diversion designs were not included in the submittal. Please submit diversion <br />designs per Rule 2.05.6(3), 4.05.3, 4.09.2(5) and 4.09.2(7) which pertain to the <br />protection of the hydrologic balance and the utilization of diversions on excess spoil <br />fills, in reference to the Horse Gulch fill. <br />P.O.
