Trapper Response: Trapper has included three diversions and a rip-rap lined <br />channel as drainage structures on or adjacent to the Horse Gulch Fill. These <br />structures have been designed for the worst case drainage condition and will pass <br />safely the runoff from a t00-year, 24-hour rainfall event. Enclosed you will find a <br />drawing showing the location and dimensions of these structures and printout from <br />the SEDCAD model that was used to design them. <br />2. Division's additional items to determine the PR-06 application complete. <br />With the November 5, 2008 submittal, TMI submitted proposed revised pages in <br />reference to the operation plan per Rules 2.05.3, 2.05.3(2), 2.05.3(6),2.05.4 and 2.10. <br />These proposed pages need to be modified to reflect any changes with the proposed <br />operation and reclamation plans submitted in the December 10, 2008 application <br />revision. Please revise the permit pages from the November 15, 2007 PR-906 submittal <br />to reflect any updated information submitted with the December 10, 2008 PR-06 <br />responses in regard to the following: <br />Rules 2.05.3, 2.05.3(1) and 2.05.4 - Proposed pages 3-39,3-43,3-44 and 3-48 <br />Rules 2.05.3(6) and Z10- Proposed Appendix T Horse Gulch Fill Plan View, <br />Proposed Appendix T, Horse Gulch Fill Cross Sections, Proposed Appendix T K Area <br />Buttress Cross Sections, Proposed Appendix T K Area Buttress Plan View <br />Trapper Response: Trapper has modified and submitted the following permit text <br />pages: 3-37, 3-38, 3-38a, 3-39, 3-40, 3-42, 3-43, 3-43a and 3-48. In addition, revised <br />plan view and cross-section information has been provided for the Horse Gulch Fill <br />and the K area Buttress. <br />The information provided above should address all of the DRMS completeness issues mentioned <br />in the Division's letter of December 19, 2008. Trapper will respond quickly to any future <br />technical adequacy concerns, should they exist.
