Staff is pleased to inform Western Slope <br />Aggregates that the technical revision is approved. <br />The agreed upon reclamation liability is calculated to be $306,892.00 and rounded off to 307,000.00. <br />Written acceptance of the reclamation liability has been received by the Division via e-mail. Western <br />Slope Aggregates must submit and have accepted both a Financial and Performance Warranty for the <br />technical revision to the permit to become active. No disturbance to the added permit area may occur <br />until the warranties are in place and all other necessary local, state and federal permits (if required) are <br />approved and in place.
