We aze also submitting
our Exhibit R-1 a.
Exhibit R-1 shows a location revision to phases 1, 2,, 3, 4, & 5 to new boundary lines for Phases 1,
2, 3, 4, and 5.
From the original Exhibit C-D, we aze making the following changes;
Phase 1-enlarged north and west to make a more uniform mine.
Phase 2 -change the designation to Phase 3 otherwise remaining unchanged.
Phase 3 -Change the nomenclature to designate this area as Phase 4, otherwise unchanged.
Phase 4 -Change the nomenclature to designate this azea as Phase 5, otherwise unchanged.
Phase 5 - Change the nomenclature to Phase 2. Decrease the size of this phase and move
the East boundary - North/South line approximately 100 feet to the West. After completing our
Phase 1 mining, we plan to move this line back to the East when we make the move to Phase 2.
This will enable us to mine the entire seam and not leave an unmined portion of rocks along the
north/south phase line.
In Exhibit R-1 a, we aze also showing approximate locations of the mine entrance road, the scales,
the stock pile areas, the crusher site, the asphalt/concrete recycle stockpile location, the berm
locations, the pit entrance road, and an access road through the mine to access a processing site that
is not a portion or our mine or mining plan. This will allow them access without interfering with
our mining operations.
