Our accompanying <br />responses are presented in a Comment/Response format to facilitate your review. Consistent with our <br />first response and the corresponding revised text, we are requesting approval for use of ASC's to <br />control sediment from the small incremental disturbance area associated with the relocated outslope of <br />Haulroad B-2, until adequate vegetative cover becomes established. Also included in this response <br />submittal are two copies of all PAP text, and supporting materials that have been revised or added in <br />response to your comments, and as noted in our corresponding responses. New or revised materials <br />provided for insertion/replacement are identified, and placement instructions provided, by the attached <br />Summary of Revisions/Additions. <br />We appreciate your timely review of this response submittal package and look forward to approval of <br />the pending Technical Revision application.
