The site is approximately 10 acres and is
generally located on the Wl/2 Wl/2 of Section 31, Township 1 North, Range 78 West of the 6~'
P.M. in Grand County, Colorado. The water clarifier process will take place within a 1,280 ft2 concrete
structure that will be approximately 16-feet in height.- This structure will generally be located in
the southern portion of the permit area. The water clarifier process will utilize nonhazardous
polymers for flocculation. These polymers will be stored within the structure.
