Mountain Coal Company, LLC does, <br />however, perform interim reclamation activities, including contemporaneous reclamation of the Lower <br />Refuse Pile. <br />The sununary was completed following the outline ofRule 2.04.13 (I) (a) through (f). <br />2.04.13 (1) <br />(a) Mountain Coal Company, LLC <br />West Elk Mine <br />P.O. Box 591 <br />Somerset, CO 81434 <br />CDMG Permit No. C-80-007 <br />(b) Location of areas reseeded and number of acres disturbed. <br />No new disturbance occurred in the Sylvester Gulch Site Development Project area. <br />New disturbance was limited to approximately 3.~ acres at the Run-of--Mine <br />Expansion and Trench Drains disturbance on the West Elk Mine facilities area. <br />
