The permitted area is 168.41 acres ±, the pit RAS NOT
been granted a Temporary Cessation and it HAS operated more than
180 days this year. A check for $688.00 is attached to cover the
annual fee. Please refer to the map attached for the areas
discussed in this report.
(1) At the current time we have 126.32 acres ± disturbed in the
pit. At this time
the pit slopes are complete from the northwest corner around
the south end to the southeast corner below the shop. Most
of this area has been resoiled and is ready for seeding. Two
areas on the west and north sides were reclaimed in past
years as part of two Urban Drainage projects (green). We
continued to re onstruct slopes on the north side of the si
bone hatched). The slopes along the north side of
will be created sometime this year. The area covered by
water surface does not need reclamation (blue).
y~
(3) Mining will continue in the areas currently stripped and
within the lake area where additional gravel remains.
