this year. New dewatering pumps are being installed to
dewater the entire site now that the barrier separating the
lakes is partially removed.
(4) Additional bank sloping will be done along the north side as
mining progresses. There is adequate soil stockpiled on the
site to resoil the disturbed areas to the prescribed depth.
We will continue to do reclamation as approved in our plan.
Reclamation will continue on the lake shores that have
reached their final configuration. The temporary settling
pond on the east side will be removed as mining ends to
create the final lake configuration approved in the reclama-
tion plan.
