Hi Tom, this is in addition to my earlier request for review support of the Foidel 2006 Annual Hydrological Report. I
have divided this review into two parts. The first part just reviews the requirements of the report. The second
addresses compliance of the monitoring program with the rules, and analysis as has been done in the past.
With regard to the first part:
Hydrologic monitoring data is to be submitted to the Division as required by Rule 4.05.13(4)(c).

With regard to deficiencies in complete compliance, I have the following issues:
Issue 1. Please include the 6 Mains North discharge point and the Fish Creek Tipple Sediment Pond
discharge on page 2 of the report.
Issue 2. Please include the Fish Creek Tipple Sediment Pond E and discharge point (Fish Creek) on page
2 of the report.
Issue 3. Please add to Section 3 of the report Point of Compliance Monitoring as required by Rule
4.05.13.

Item 5. Please add Permit GO72272 to the list on Page 12.
