An aerial survey is scheduled between April 1-
15, 1992 (after snowmelt) to obtain existing
contour information for Mining Area 1 that was
final graded and topsoiled as of January 23, 1992.
The base contour map and photos should be available
within one month after the flight (i.e., about May
15) and the report would follow in 30 days.
2. All of the mining-related disturbed lands north
of County Road 124 (A-A) and west of County Road
2650, shown on Exhibits 1 and 2 in the 1990 Annual
Reclamation Report, have been graded to final
contour, topsoiled, and seeded with a cover crop.
The reclamation progress lines showing graded,
topsoiled, and seeded areas could be drafted on
April 1992 topographic base maps and supporting
aerial photographs could be provided. Grading and
topsoiling activities in Mining Area 1 were only
about 50$ complete when the last aerial survey was
completed on December 4, 1991.
