The current bond amount is $15,400, the <br />permitted aroma is 46.55 acres ± and the pit is not Phased. This <br />pit HAS NOT/been granted a Temporary Cessation and it HAS operated <br />more than 180 days this year. Please refer to the map att+;ched for <br />the areas discussed in this report. <br />We will deal specifically with each of the Annual Report <br />questions as outlined in Section 2.4.1 of the Rules anol Regula- <br />tions. <br />2.4.1 <br />(1) Mining continued in LAKE MARJORIE, where mining originally <br />began, the lake surface area remains unchanged at 4.!30 ac. ±. <br />The lake size in LAKE ROBERT remains at 10.48 ac. ±. All <br />water surface areas are colored blue on the map. 7'he plant <br />site remains at 8.71 acres ± (brown). There are thrEne tempo- <br />rary sand stockpiles (orange), two in LAKE ROBERT and one in <br />LAKE MARJORIE. The sand piles cover a total of 6.47 acres ± <br />and will eventually be removed as the demand for sand increas- <br />es in our market area.
