This pit HAS NOT been granted a Temporary Cessation and it HAS operated more than 180 days this year. The Financial Warranty for this operation is $49,000; the permitted area is 109.00 ac. ± and the pit is not Phased. A sign that conforms with rule 6.7 SIGNS AND MARKERS is located at the entrance to the pit. Please refer to the Annual Report map for the location of areas discussed in this report. We will deal specifically with each of the Annual Report requirements as outlined in Rule 1.15 of the Rules and Regula- tions, and in the annual notice letter. (1) No new area was disturbed this year. We mined on area stripped and partially mined in the last few years. We continued to mine around the Plant Site area this year, we mined 4.04 acres ± in this area. We also mined the old driveway in the south central part of the west lake, remov- ing 2.35 acres ±. The Plant Site area on the east side is still in use and will be mined last.
