Permittee Name:
Permit No:
Operation Name:
Anniversary Date:
Al~rei and Sons, Inc •
M-88-079
M&G Pk
08/03/96
Page 2
total of 6.31 ac. t filled to date. The majority of the
area left to be mined will be part of the lake area when
mining is complete. only two small area on the north and
south sides of the Plant Site will be bank shore (approx.
1020 ft). We have completed underwater sloping on 11,404
linear feet of bank sloping around the excavated area. This
amounts to 928 of the underwater sloping that is necessary
on the site. No revegetation work was preformed this year
nor is it required until recoiling is complete. we have
approximately 68,540 YD3 of soil stockpiled along the north
and west sides of the pit. We estimated 36,200 YD3 will be
needed for recoiling purposes. The rest will be used as
fill in the northern section as approved in the plan.
(3) Mining will continue on the outer sides of the Plant Site
until there is not enough room to continue processing
gravel. Once this is happens the processing plant will be
removed and mining will start on the area left in the Plant
Site with the material being hauled to another operation for
processing.
(4) Backfillinq will continue on the northern end of the prop-
erty. Once mining is complete on the lake shore area, the
slopes will be graded as reoui.red. We will begin above
water sloping this year on the shores that need it. if
recoiling is done we will revegetate according to the ap-
proved plan.
(5) The current contact for this pit is:
Mr. Albert R.
