The Financial Warranty for
this operation is $30,576.34, the permitted area is 606.96 ac. ±
and the pit is divided into 18 Reclamation Phases. The breakdown
of the stages physical locations is as follows, Stages 1 thru 5
cover an alluvial deposit along the river, and Stages A thru H (8)
are a terrace deposit above the river. Stages V thru Z (5) are
Plant Sites or areas mined before the law and are currently being
backfilled as part of the reclamation plan.
As required in Rule 6.7 (1) and (2) the mine permit sign has
been installed at the entrance to the pit and the boundary has been
outlined with red toped posts to delineate the affected lands. This map does not show the entire permit
area, only that area south of the river that is affected by the
operation at this time. This map was produced from air photos
taken in July, 1991 by Intermountain Technical Services.
~`a~
~~~
