Cottony <br />Division DlreCtO! <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) has received (Northwest <br />Colorado Consultants, Inc, letter, Aprils, 2007) and has reviewed (copy attached) the <br />subject report. The report is complete but was not received at the Division timely. The <br />report was due at the Division on April 12, 2007. It was received at the Division on May <br />3, 2007. However, copies of testing results were provided to the Division by e-mail of <br />Mazch 28, 2007 from Northwest Colorado Consultants, Inc. <br />The Division notes that that refuse was being stockpiled rather than being placed in azeas <br />2%z and 3, a common practice during the winter.
