The report is a result of regular quarterly
surveying of the longwall monument lines made on March 24 and May
10 respectively of 1994. Under a separate revision, Empire will be
requesting cessation of surveying certain lines where subsidence
has stopped.
On behalf of Cyprus Amax, we would like to thank you, Larry
and all personnel for the approval of the AMOCO pipeline project.
The work of the Division of Minerals and Geology was prompt,
professional and helped us with the technical issues. You or
anyone is welcome to visit the AMOCO project.
If you have any questions or need more information on the
subsidence report, please call Marcus Middleton or me at (303) 824-
8246.
