We continued to mine in Stage 1 this year and completed <br />another small area disturbed in past years. This pit HA'S NOT been <br />granted a Temporary Cessation and it HAS operated more than 180 days <br />this year. The Financial Warranty for this operation is currently <br />$30,000.00, the permitted area is 170.70 ac. ± and the pit is <br />divided into 5 Reclamation Phases. As required in Rule 6'.7 (1) and <br />(2) the mine permit sign has been installed at the entrance to the <br />pit and the boundary has been outlined to delineate the affected <br />lands. <br />A Succession of Operator was filed on September 3', 1993 to <br />transfer the operation from Albert Frei and Sons, Inc. to Flag <br />Resources Inc. We are working with the staff on revaluating the <br />bond amount and hope to have this transfer completed by the end of <br />November.
