Monks Construction Company, we wish to change <br /> the anniversary dates for all of their permits to May 15th of each <br /> year. <br /> Our records show the follow permits will be affected: <br /> Falcon Site - M-86-053 <br /> Airport Pit #3 - M-87-131✓ <br /> Airport Pit #1 - M-80-096 <br /> Monks Plant #1 - M-83-193 / <br /> Freeman Mine #1 - M-86-026 ✓✓ <br /> Mitchell Mine #1 - M-86-025 <br /> Since the normal anniversary for all of these permits is in the <br /> first part of the year, May 15th seems like a reasonable date to <br /> select.
