During
1990 the pit was not utilized. Therefore, no acres were affected
in 1990 nor were any reclaimed.
Being a dry operation, the land is stable and no revegetation,
fertilizers, organic materials, or soil conditioners have been
used. If Monks Construction Company is successful during 1991 in
securing road contracts, we anticipate three to four acres may be
affected in the coming year.
The effective date of this information is less than 45 days prior
to the anniversary date.
With this letter you will find a copy of a mining plan map.
Cordially,
TUTTLE APPLEGATE, INC.
/, 11
Gary Tuttle
GJT/c
Encs.
cc: File #90-101
Dan Monks, Monks Construction Company /
Gregg Newlin, Monks Construction Company pVJA✓\/
11990 Grant Street, #410 Telephone: ( 303 ) 452-6611
Denver, Colorado 80233 Facsimile: ( 303 ) 452-2759
