A technical revision is being prepared by Balaz & Associates to remove the requirement to monitor the Geotech Well. The technical revision will be submitted by July 11, 1996. 2. The statement was added to the report that in the event of a gravity discharge from the mine, the discharge will be monitored. 3. The summary of Field Parameters on page 5 lists the units for the monitored parameters of temperature, conductivity and flow. Units were inserted in the text for clarification. 3 a. Paragraph 2 under Flow and Field Parameters should have been deleted from the 1995 report. The 1995 report was prepared revising the 1994 report and the paragraph was not deleted. The paragraph was deleted in its entirety for the 1995 report. 3 b. See item 3a. 3 c. See item 3a. 3 d. Page 5 has a Summary of field Parameters which lists field units for the various parameters. This report and future reports will include the units in the text. 4. See item 3d. 5. The lack of chemical date for December 1995 was not discovered until the Hydrology Report was being prepared in March of 1966. At the time the error was discovered samples were taken
