Dear Mr. Million:
On September 6, 1994, the Division of Minerals and Geology received your
112 Reclamation Permit application for the Spring Ck Gravel Pit, File
No. M-94-097. Preliminary review determined that the following items must be
submitted before review of your application can begin:
Pre-mining, Mine Plan, and Reclamation Plan Macs: All maps, except the
index map, must conform to the following criteria:
General Requirements (these are the requirements for each type of map
required):
1. Show the name of the applicant;
2. Must be prepared and signed by a registered land surveyor,
professional engineer, or other qualified person;
3. Give the date prepared;
4. identify and outline the area which corresponds with the
application;
5. Be made to scale not larger than 1" = 100' and not smaller than 1" _
660', which shall be noted on each map; maps, not including the
accurate map of the affected lands designated in
Section 34-32-112(4), C.R.S. 1973, as amended, may be prepared at
other scales as long as the scale is appropriate so as to clearly
show those elements that are being delineated; and
6. Must have a title and legend (explanation) indicating the items
delineated on that particular map.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
EXHIBIT C - Pre-mining and Mine Plan Macs:
One or more maps may be necessary to legibly portray the following
information:
1. All immediately adjacent surface owners of record;
2. The name and location of all creeks, roads, buildings, oil and gas
wells and lines, and power and communication lines on the area of
affected land and within two hundred (200) feet of all boundaries of
such area;
