The application was <br />received on June 1, 2006 and called complete for review on June 22, 2006. The decision <br />date for this application is July 24, 2006. Please be advised that if you aze unable to <br />satisfactorily address any concerns identified in this review before the decision date, it <br />will be your responsibility to request an extension of the review period. If there aze <br />outstanding issues that have not been adequately addressed prior to the end of the review <br />period, and no extension has been requested, the Division will deny this application. <br />The review consisted of comparing the application content with specific requirements of <br />Rule 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, and 6.5 of the Minerals Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined <br />Land Reclamation Board for the Extraction of Construction Materials. Any inadequacies <br />are identified under the respective exhibit heading along with suggested actions to correct <br />them. <br />6.3.1 EXHIBIT A -Legal Description and Location Map <br />6.3.2 <br />(2) <br />(1) The legal description is adequate as submitted, however, there is a <br />discrepancy with the proposed number of acres to be affected. The cover page <br />of the application and Exhibit A both state 9.9 acres will be disturbed and the <br />map prepared by Walt Isenbart identifies the area as 9.4 acres. Staff calculates <br />the area to be 9.59 acres. Please review and submit the correct amount of <br />acreage to be included as affected azea. <br />EXHIBIT B -Site Description <br />Please provide soils information that is adequate to determine the amount of <br />topsoil available for salvage and replacement during reclamation.
