Rindahl <br />Reference: Specification Aggregates, <br />Application for Conversion <br />Permit to Permit for Life <br />Dear Sirs; <br />Inc. <br />of Existing <br />of the Mine. <br />The following information is provided in conjunction wish the <br />bond for the subject application. <br />With reference to the topographical map marked "Exhibit G", <br />there are four affected areas indicated and they are de::ignated <br />as Parcel 1, Parcel 2, Parcel 3 and Parcel 4. Parcels :L and 2 <br />are the areas which pertain to this Application for Conversion <br />of Existing Permit to a Permit for Life of the Mine. Parcels <br />3 and 4 will, at a future date, be the subject of an amendment <br />to the permit. <br />Parcel 1 is included as an affected area, because with iii the <br />boundaries of this parcel of land the aggregate process=_ng <br />equipment, stockpiles, scale and office are located. However, <br />there are no commercial aggregates available within thi:> area, <br />and consequently, there will be no mining, extraction o:E aggre- <br />gates or quarrying within the boundaries of Parcel 1. '.Chis <br />area is being used in conjunction with the actual minin<~ acti- <br />vities in Parcel 2 and will be similarly used when mini~ig is <br />activated in Parcels 3 and 4. Upon the completion of t]>e mining <br />activities in Parcels 2, 3, and 4, the processing equipment, stock- <br />piles, scale and office will be removed from this area. The land <br />will then be benched to create building sites in approximate con- <br />formity with the proposed topography indicated on "Exhibit G" map. <br />Although the area outlined for Parcel 1 indicates 32.78 acres only <br />22.5 acres is currently involved in the reclamation plali.
