Rindahl Reference: Specification Aggregates, Application for Conversion Permit to Permit for Life Dear Sirs; Inc. of Existing of the Mine. The following information is provided in conjunction wish the bond for the subject application. With reference to the topographical map marked "Exhibit G", there are four affected areas indicated and they are de::ignated as Parcel 1, Parcel 2, Parcel 3 and Parcel 4. Parcels :L and 2 are the areas which pertain to this Application for Conversion of Existing Permit to a Permit for Life of the Mine. Parcels 3 and 4 will, at a future date, be the subject of an amendment to the permit. Parcel 1 is included as an affected area, because with iii the boundaries of this parcel of land the aggregate process=_ng equipment, stockpiles, scale and office are located. However, there are no commercial aggregates available within thi:> area, and consequently, there will be no mining, extraction o:E aggre- gates or quarrying within the boundaries of Parcel 1. '.Chis area is being used in conjunction with the actual minin<~ acti- vities in Parcel 2 and will be similarly used when mini~ig is activated in Parcels 3 and 4. Upon the completion of t]>e mining activities in Parcels 2, 3, and 4, the processing equipment, stock- piles, scale and office will be removed from this area. The land will then be benched to create building sites in approximate con- formity with the proposed topography indicated on "Exhibit G" map. Although the area outlined for Parcel 1 indicates 32.78 acres only 22.5 acres is currently involved in the reclamation plali.
