Stout: <br />I have reviewed the above application for adequacy and have the following <br />questions, comments, and suggestions which are intended to aid you in <br />bringing this application into full compliance with the law and to the <br />satisfaction of the Mined Land Reclamation Board. Please address each of <br />the following items in detail. <br />1. Please verify whether or not the access roads as described in the maps <br />as submitted, accurately reflects the County stipulations described on <br />the County Special Use Permit. Zf not, please submit revised maps which <br />accurately portray the access road locations stipulated by the County. <br />2. Please describe the depth of topsoil to be removed on phases 2 6 3. <br />3. Please address the depth to which topsoil will be replaced per phase <br />of affected Land. <br />4. If topsoil stockpiles will remain undisturbed (i.e., not reapplied) <br />for more than one (1) growing season, such stockpiles must be stabilized <br />with a suitable cover of vegetation in order to minimize deterioration <br />of the topsoil stockpiles over time. <br />5. Please address the depth to which topsoil will be reapplied per phase <br />of affected land. <br />
