s <br />6. Present vegetation types must be illustrated in Exhibit C in relation <br />to existing topography, per Rule 2.12(10). <br />7. Please submit a Mining and Reclamation Timetable, per Rules 2.12(4)(e) <br />and 2.12(5)(f), respectively. <br />8. The proposed Reclamation Costs appear too high. In order to reduce <br />bonding costs, the operator may wish to break down the costs of reclamation <br />in relation to maximum major, moderate, and minor disturbance, per <br />Rule 2.12(4)(d). <br />9. The Mined Land Reclamation Board will consider this application at the <br />January 27-28, 1982, Board meeting. Prior to that time please submit <br />proof of publication and notification of adjacent Land owners. <br />10. Enclosed is a copy of a letter of objection.
