Banta, <br />Division Director <br />The application for a Mining and Reclamation Permit for this operation was deemed <br />complete on July 30, 1990. Your application has been scheduled for consideration <br />by the Mined Land Reclamation Board on October 17, 1990, Before your application <br />can be considered by the Board, you must complete the following notice <br />requirements: <br />° publish notice of the tiling of this application and provide proof of <br />the notice to us; <br />° Mail a copy of the notice to all owners of record of surface rights of <br />affected land and immediately adjacent land and provide proof of the <br />mailing, sucn as Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested, to us; and, <br />° place a copy of this application for public review, less confidential <br />items, with the County Clerk and Recorder, Any subsequent changes or <br />additions you make to the applications on file in our office must also <br />be made in this local government copy. <br />I have reviewed the application to determine whether it is adequate to meet the <br />requirements of Act and Regulations.
