Telephone Number (303)275-6894 <br />EXHIBIT B SITE DESCRIPTION: <br />Page 2 of Division of Wildlife report has been mailed <br />to Mined Land Reclamation Division. <br />2. Report from Soil Conservation Service. <br />2A. Present topsoil stock pile 1,000 yards approximately, <br />2,000 yards approximately to be piled with future <br />mining. Six inches topsoil to be replaced over dis- <br />turbed areas. <br />3. Included in Soil Conservation Service report. <br />EXHIBIT C MINING PLAN: <br />Topsoil salvage stockpile areas shown on Exhibit E <br />map (mine plan) will be out of the way of any future <br />working areas. Soil Conservation Service recommends <br />~ pound per acre sand dropseed broadcast by hand and <br />raked in, seeding in late June, early July, , <br />2. Material used as stock pile pads will be utilized in <br />sloping high walls upon reclamation as stated in <br />paragraph 1 of Exhibit D. <br />3. .As stated in paragraph 9, Exhibit C, ground or surface <br />water will be contained in dike shown on lower side of <br />map. Operation will be maintained above water if en- <br />countered in pit as we can not process material if it <br />is wet. <br />4. Informed the planning and zoning commission at the <br />meeting on March 3, 1987 of possibly crushing on site, <br />they had no protest. <br />
