Worst Case Reclamation Scenario During Life of Mine <br />According to this plan, no more than 15 acres of the site will be disturbed at any one time except for <br />the very short time when topsoil from the west side is being stripped to reclaim the east side. [n this <br />one to two month period, most of the entire 30.0 acre area (29.0 acres) will be disturbed but the east <br />portion will be topsoiled and prepared for reseeding. The worst case reclamation cost scenario <br />during the life of the mine occurs at this time and this scenario will be used to determine the <br />reclamation bond costs as described below. <br />2. Reclamation Bond Costs <br />For the worst case reclamation scenario, the following activities must be done: <br />A) Remove al] structures on site. This will consist of the following items and removal cost: <br />Structure Removal Cost <br />portable office trailer <br />the screening and crushing plant (portable crusher & screens) <br />oil and grease storage area and all associated tanks, <br />portable stacker conveyors (3) <br />generators (2) portable <br />repair/shop area (parts & supplies storage- 25' x 30') no foundations <br />truck scale <br />poles, electrical and other miscellaneous <br />Total structure removal cost <br />Carol Ann Permit CDMG Application <br />62 <br />$0 <br />$500 <br />$500 <br />$0 <br />$200 <br />$1000 <br />$1200 <br />800 <br />S 4,200 <br />
