Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Minerals and Geology has completed its preliminary adequacy review of <br />your 110 construction materials reclamation permit application. The application was <br />received on September 4, 2003 and called complete for review on September 30, 2003. <br />The original decision date for this application was October 30, 2003. However, due to <br />delays in the review, you have requested that the decision date be extended until <br />November 7, 2003. Please be advised that if you are unable to satisfactorily address any <br />concerns identified in this review before the decision date, it will be your responsibility <br />to request an extension of the review period. If there are outstanding issues that have <br />not been adequately addressed prior to the end of the review period, and no extension has <br />been requested, the Division will deny this application. <br />The review consisted of comparing the application content with specific requirements of <br />Rule 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, and 6.5 of the Minerals Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined <br />Land Reclamation Board for the Extraction of Construction Materials. Any inadequacies <br />are identified under the respective exhibit heading along with suggested actions to correct <br />them. <br />6.3.1 EXHIBIT A -Legal Description and Location Map <br />This section is adequate as submitted to describe the parcel to the nearest quarter section, <br />however, the specific permit azea will be discussed in further detail later in this review. <br />6.3.2 EXHIBIT B -Site Description <br />This section is adequate as submitted with the exception of permanent man-made <br />structures which will be discussed in filrther detail under Exhibit E and L. <br />Office of Office of Colorado <br />Mined land Reclamation Active and Inactive Mines Geological Survey <br />
