I will answer your concerns in the order they were presented: General Reouirements: 1. The corrected maps (Exhibits C and F) are being submitted with this letter. 2. (See 1.) Exhibit C -Pre Minin4 and Mining Plan Map of Affected Land: 2. All listed structures from the first Adequacy Letter that are within the delineated permit area and within 200 ft. of the permit area are shown and labeled on Exhibit C. Ownership of the structures is either shown on Exhibit C or Figure C, which in effect, is a part of Exhibit C. 3. Exhibit C has been revised to show that the depression contour within the South Borrow Area is labeled as "Area of Existing Excavation". NOTE: Please note the revised disturbed acreage's for both the North Mining Area and the South Borrow Area located on the map and in the Table of Exhibit C. Table L, "Reclamation Cost Estimate" under Exhibit L, has been revised to include the change in reclamation costs based on the revised acreages. This revised Table is attached. Exhibit D -Mining Plan: 4. As stated in correspondence to you of May 10, 1999 regarding this application and through further discussion with the applicant, there will be no asphalt plant proposed
