I will answer your <br />concerns in the order they were presented: <br />General Reouirements: <br />1. The corrected maps (Exhibits C and F) are being submitted with this letter. <br />2. (See 1.) <br />Exhibit C -Pre Minin4 and Mining Plan Map of Affected Land: <br />2. All listed structures from the first Adequacy Letter that are within the delineated <br />permit area and within 200 ft. of the permit area are shown and labeled on Exhibit C. <br />Ownership of the structures is either shown on Exhibit C or Figure C, which in effect, <br />is a part of Exhibit C. <br />3. Exhibit C has been revised to show that the depression contour within the South <br />Borrow Area is labeled as "Area of Existing Excavation". <br />NOTE: Please note the revised disturbed acreage's for both the North Mining Area <br />and the South Borrow Area located on the map and in the Table of Exhibit <br />C. Table L, "Reclamation Cost Estimate" under Exhibit L, has been revised <br />to include the change in reclamation costs based on the revised acreages. <br />This revised Table is attached. <br />Exhibit D -Mining Plan: <br />4. As stated in correspondence to you of May 10, 1999 regarding this application and <br />through further discussion with the applicant, there will be no asphalt plant proposed <br />
