RE: Fremont County Gravel Pit
Dear Mr. Totten,
As indicated in my letter of August 22, 1990, Fremont
County intends to mine for sand and gravel in the
NW1/4NE1/4, Section 21, Township 51 North, Range 12 East
of the New Mexico Principal Meridian. The information
requested in said letter would remain helpful, but we
have started preparing permit applications. We intend
to submit these applications on October 17, 1990 for the
County permitting process and October 31, 1990 for the
Mined Land Reclamation Division permitting process.
Your input is still requested.
I am enclosing some information regarding our plans, I
hope this is helpful. Thank you in advance for your
rapid response in this matter.
