Keffelew: <br />Please find below the applicants comments in response to your Prelitninary Adequacy <br />Review (PAR) of the abovementioned permit application. The following responses am <br />addressed in the same order as in your letter of May 9, 2007 {Items I -VII). <br />I. A, B, and C adequate; no comment necessary. <br />II-A, B, C The revised Exhibit C and F snaps show and include the 32 acres in the <br />Hoskin 111 Permit Areas as pazt of the proposed Fremont Paving Permit <br />Area. Approxitnateiy 27 acres of theses 111 areas have been mined. This will <br />result in a total permit area of 282 acres rather than 250 acres. A total of <br />282 acres ace within the proposed permit area of which approximately 205 <br />acres will be ultitnateiy disturbed by mining activities. The undisttubed areas <br />(approximately 77+ a«cs) will consist of perimeter buffet areas where some <br />topsoil will be stockpiled and previously mined areas located in the Phase ] <br />urea and the former Hoskin 1 ] 1 "already mined" areas of 27 acres. <br />The additiona132 acres will be par[ of (added to) the proposed <br />Fremont Paving Phase 1 Area. This will increase the total acres in the <br />Phase 1 Area from 60 to 92 total acces. The 92 acces consist of 30 acres <br />of already disturbed areas from pre-permit operations (as described in <br />the application; the 30 acres that have spoil piles and/or pockets left <br />from previous operations to be mined and reclaimed and the 32 acres <br />within the two 111 Permit Areae. The approximate 5 acres located on <br />the east end of the Hoskin - Ftanciscotti #2 Permit Area will be mined <br />at the end of Phase 1 activities making a new total of 35 acres to be <br />
