This will be <br />accomplished through diversion ditches and water banns to a retention area. <br />The site is in a semi acid area with no water sources other than the occasional rain or <br />snow storm. There are no known aquifers in mine area. The site is not in a flood plain. <br />Exhibit E Map (Rule 6.3.5) <br />(2) Mining Plan Map; <br />(a) See Attached. <br />(b) Bureau of Land Management owns surface of affected area and all surface around <br />affected area for more than 200 feet. David Chiles is mineral rights holder and we have a <br />lease agreement with him. The Claims in the affected azea are the J. Bird #5 BLM serial <br />#253252, J. Bird #8 BLM serial # 253873, J. Bird #4 serial #253251 and J. Bird #3 serial <br />#253250 The county road Y 1 is the only man made structure within 200 feet and passes <br />through the affected area. Montrose County stops its maintenance at the west entry to the <br />site and the mad becomes a four wheel drive trail at the intersection just inside the permit <br />area. This road is an unimproved mad basically a dirt road with no gravel. <br />© See Attached <br />(d) See Attached <br />(e) County road Y 1 is only permanent structure in and azound site azea. <br />(f) Disturbance in or adjacent is county road Y 1, existing vent shaft to Butterfly mine, <br />and multiple drill roads. <br />
