06/20/99 SUN 21:10 FAX 303 452 4515 ADCO/CREROREE/BAYER ¢J 001
• ~ iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii ~
999
ADCO Consulting
2090 E. 104th Avenue, #305
Thorntart, Colorado 80233
450-2204
Fax: 452-4515
FAX TRANSMISSION COVER SHEET
Date: June 21, 1999
To: DMG, c%Alan Sorenson;
cc: CAMAS, c% Mike Refer and TuttleApplegate, do Mike Applegate (cover
pages only)
Fax: 303-832-8106 (DMG); cc cover sheet: 303-716-5299 (CAMAS) and 303-
452-2759 (TuttleApplegate)
Re: Items for Response to 05/19/99 Adequacy Review Letter, Permit #M-99-034
Sender: Robert N. Fleming
YOU SHOULD RECEIVE 2 PAGES}, INCLUDING THIS COVER SHEET. IF
YDU DO NOT RECEIVE ALL THE PAGES, PLEASE CALL 450-2204.
I forgot to change the. Fulton Ditch setback on the proposed spedal setback conditions
I sent you yesterday. On the next page I've added the 65' condition, and another one
that I tallced about with Tom about not starting excavation on Phase I ,2, or 5 (Plant
Area), until a wetland inventory is accepted by the Corp of Engineers and 404 permit
is issued allowing removal of any identified wetlands along with a wetlands replacement
mitigation plan. On the bonding, I should have stated CAMAS wishes to use the
Regulation Constnlction Option, and assume an depth to shale average of 30± feet
based on the submitted soil core data. Based on this assumption, the slurry wall depth
would be 35' for bonding purposes and CAMAS proposes using $3.00/sq.ft. option based
on the submitted bid. Therefore, using the 20% regulated wnstmction option and a
lineal footage figure of 14,168' for bonding, since PSCo. has sent an agreement to allow
the slung wall to traverse their right-of--way in two places, this would lead to a bonding
amount of $297,528 for the slurry wall.
As I said yesterday, I'll call later today to discuss.
